Two decades bridging marketing and technology.

I came up as a marketer. Running campaigns, writing content, managing channels, and obsessing over what actually moves people to act. That grounding in real marketing work is what makes me a different kind of technology leader.

Today, I lead global digital marketing platforms and data strategy at IDEXX Laboratories, where I'm accountable for the vision, roadmap, and delivery of an integrated marketing technology ecosystem that powers personalized engagement across markets and channels.

I've spent my career as the person in the room who can translate between what marketers need and what engineers build, making sure both sides feel understood. That's not a soft skill. It's a strategic capability that most organizations don't have enough of.

That same instinct shapes how I approach AI. Not as a shortcut, but as a capability that only delivers real value when the data foundation and platform architecture are ready to support it.
